Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Criterica Capital. Active in litigation finance since 2015. Career began at Wayzata Investment Partners in 2005 in private equity. Has managed and invested more than $1.5 billion in alternative investment opportunities, served on over 15 restructuring committees, and held key roles on six corporate boards. Most recently managed a litigation finance fund at Imperial Capital Asset Management (ICAM) and served as partner at Neponset Bay Capital.

Co-Founder and CIO of Criterica Capital. Previously President and Chief Investment Officer at Corrib Capital Management, where he managed high yield and distressed investment opportunities. Established the Waterstone Quarry Fund in 2012 as an event-driven credit vehicle at Waterstone Capital Management. Managing Director at RBS Greenwich Capital Markets and four years at JPMorgan Chase in distressed capital investment. Over 20 years of investment management experience across corporate bonds, bank debt, credit default swaps, and structured credit.

Oversees all legal, compliance, and governance for Criterica Capital and Criterica Group. Previously at Dorsey & Whitney LLP in Minneapolis, concentrating on structuring investment and business entities.
