The Group is positioned as the governance, capital formation, and M&A layer, with Intelligence providing the data and model infrastructure and Capital deploying structured products against legal finance assets.

Criterica Intelligence secures exclusive multi-year data and model agreement with Splitifi Intelligence.

The agreement provides Criterica Intelligence with exclusive access to Splitifi's production outcome model fleet and proprietary court records infrastructure, 23,508 calibrated models trained across federal circuits, state courts, and international tribunals on 106M+ real filed records. The arrangement establishes the prediction layer underpinning Criterica's institutional intelligence offering.

Criterica Capital begins structured product development across pre-settlement, law firm, and portfolio finance.

Criterica Capital is formalizing its capital deployment infrastructure across three product lines: pre-settlement plaintiff funding in 40 US states, law firm working capital and case cost financing, and institutional portfolio-level credit facilities for litigation finance managers. All products are underwritten by the Criterica Intelligence platform.

Global coverage extended to South America, Asia Pacific, and the Middle East.

Criterica Intelligence expands its global market coverage to nine jurisdictions. New forming markets include Brazil, Chile, and Colombia in South America; Singapore (SIAC) and Hong Kong (HKIAC) in Asia Pacific; and UAE (DIFC/ADGM), Saudi Arabia, and Qatar in the Middle East. The expansion positions Criterica as the first legal outcomes intelligence platform with institutional coverage across all major international arbitration seats.

ABS strategy formalized across Arizona, United Kingdom, and Australia.

Criterica Group formalizes its alternative business structure strategy across the three primary ABS jurisdictions. Arizona's 2020 ABS framework, UK non-lawyer ownership structures, and the mature Australian ABS market create a pathway to law firm equity, revenue participation, and institutional capital at the practice level. Criterica Capital's ABS product is in development with regulatory counsel in each jurisdiction.
